After you order, we email you to schedule a 1-hour pickup window. Our courier comes to your address, you hand over the tapes, and they bring you a receipt. Return is similar: we email a couple of days before delivery to confirm timing.
No. For in-person pickup, a sturdy box or bag is fine. We bring our own protective transport containers. For mail-in customers, padded packaging matters more.
We re-schedule. There’s no fee for a missed pickup. Just let us know.
We don’t run a walk-in counter: the workshop is a working space, not a retail location. Pickup is the only in-person handoff option. It’s free with every order, so there’s no reason to avoid it.
Standard Basic capture is 2 to 5 business days after pickup. For Portland customers without shipping days, the total elapsed time is usually under a week for small orders.
Edges of the metro. Email us your address and we’ll let you know. Usually we can accommodate with the standard free pickup, occasionally with a small trip fee for very out-of-the-way addresses.
